Per valid SP user complaints that my more exotic SR-71 models often do not reach takeoff, here's a quick takeoff compromise. Based on older Blackbird SP models I'll likely delete -- this model reaches 1,800 mph around 50,000 feet. CRITICAL TAKE-OFF: liftoff half-way down the runway -- Gear up + LEVEL OUT AND REACH 1,000 mph before turning. Then, enjoy the ride! NOTE: I found that simpling mirroring the entire model (mirror from left) will eliminate any initial "boom" experiences; this model flys well, yet performs differently on each platform, this was tested using Med Resolution. STILL, DO NOT TURN until 900-1,000 mph attained.

Yep. Gotta use what I've aleady posted, which is only about 1/2 of what pended posting. Now, so far, my iOS version is intact. @Delphinus

Thanks @jheffernan -- Yes re pitch, but this Heavy model needs to be around 500 feet altitude and 600 mph before proceeding level over the ocean to 900-1,000 mph speeds at 3,000 feet for controlled turning. Ergo, the take-off pitch is strong.

Agree per pitch, this could have been tweaked, but since level, gentle control worked in-flight, the excessive pitch is needed for runway launch. @nickasaurusrex

pitch is a bit awkward but the plane aesthetic and clipping is sweet

Thanks @nickasaurusrex -- I lost all subassemblies on 2 platforms due to SP new-releases. But the original simple A-12 design is a very efficient one (built for the USAF as a missile-launching fighter).
