Auto Credit Based on SimpleEric's Baja Jeep Mk. 2
A mixed concept of Jeep/Hummer, buggy, and trophy truck. It is assigned #4 for its 4x4 drivetrain.
New version got a higher performance, better handling, fixes on details, and it got some more "Jeep looking".

Extra co-pilot camera.
Activation Group [1]~[4] for driving lamps with interior indicators.
Braking lights now activated by Throttle Down.

The wheels are 1.5 and width is 150@SimpleEric
@Hayhayjam664 The speed is influenced by the wheel size and parameter maxAngularVelocity. A wheel size is needed. Then I'll xml a proper maxAngularVelocity.
