Here are a few of the prop designs I have used on some of my planes. Knowing that the clipping of parts is rather difficult for some of you out there, feel free to save these in your subassembly parts to use on your planes, all I ask is a bit of credit thrown my way.
Warning: morroring your plane will cause the parts to intersect and explode when loaded, so it would be smart to add these parts later in the design process.
