The MIG-19 is a Soviet second-generation, single-seat, twin jet-engined fighter aircraft. The aircraft first took flight in 1953 and saw action in Vietnam. It is still in service in North Korea today.

You'll notice the wings are double stacked and nosecones form the leading edge to give it that smooth look.

To Fly: A little touchy on takeoff, but use detacher 1 to drop your wheels and enjoy the flight of glorious Socialist Republic. Rate and comment if you like!

@WalrusAircraft Any way to make a pusher prop. All I have is a way to make a Prop spin without thrust. like this one https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/Q0qC0a/Help-with-pusher-props

Amazing job on the fuselage with the nose cones. I am currently working on a plane that is realitivley similar. But.... wow, that is called modding with skill.

@Devin - Extensible Markup Language (XML) is a markup language that defines a set of rules for encoding documents in a format which is both human-readable and machine-readable. There are tutorials on the web that will help you.

Ya but wat is a XML????

@Devin well, you can edit the XML for the plane or create and mod a sub assembly. Have a look at the files. Make backups in case things go wrong. ALWAYS Remember to make backups In case you screw up the XML.

Thanks @rezpe and @PlanesOfOld I'm forgetting people to thank here. @Devin you need to adjust the XML. I have notes in my parts submissions on the location per platform.

Crikey. I can't believe I missed this one. I saw one of these at a museum not so long ago. You really captured it beautifully. I didn't find the take off too bad and when up she's a beaut. Nice work sir

@karlodarkness - you are correct on both parts. Had I moved the wheels back a bit, and tweaked power, it might have performed truer to the original. I might revisit this again.

Great looking aircraft that flies well once you are off the ground. Take offs are a pain though, also wasn't the 19 capable of supersonic performance, this model seems to max out in the 600's so may be worth a tweek on the engine levels.
