After many tries and many configurations i make it. I think if you need You can hide hover rotors set dissableaircraftcollision to true and move hover rotors into tank body.
Still need some improvements.
trim up for take off.
I can make zero bouncing but if i make it this tank don't lose Altitude without trim down this means don't lose Altitude when you don't have ground under your feet.
If you need some changes select small wing angle controller roators go input and change minimum value if you need make it more bouncing or less bouncing ( low value = more bouncing high value = less bouncing ) also you can change Altitude from ground select small wing angle controller roators go input and change value of AltitudeAgl.

By how much?
@ArcturusAerospace no adjust minimum value of small rotors
It gains altitude all the time. Should I adjust the rotator speed to fix this?
