This car was the winner of the 1978 Hardie Ferodo Bathurst 1000. Bathurst is Australia’s most famous race, around the Mt Panorama Circuit in New South Wales. This car was driven by 2 very well known drives being, Jackie Icks (Legendary Formula 1 driver from the mid 60s to the late 70s) and Allan Moffat (Australia’s most successful Australian touring car driver) who helped secure the win.
