Busty Bill use to be known as Bluesteel Bill. How did he lose that name? Well, Ill tell you. Busty Bill was once a racer, his “bill” was actually a point making him the fastest of the racers, infact he was the undefeated champion, but one day this all changed. There was a new racer, Pete. Pete was a dirty player, he would purposefuly bump other planes and make them crash. One day Bluesteel Bill was in first as usual when Pete shoved him from behind causing him to crash. Bluesteel Bill hit a wall and his aerodynamic point turned into a bill, giving him the name, Busty Bill. Now he isnt into racing, but instead interested in finding Pete. After Pete crashed Bill, the media went bananas and Pete vanished to avoid the critics. Pete still hasn’t been found. We don’t even know if he’s still alive, but Bill is on the hunt, more determined than ever, to find is mortal enemy.
