The F-19 was the result of project Senior Visitor. The Simple Airforce's project to find a light, nimble fighter for use as a low end pairing with low observable aircraft. The F-19 uses agility by means of thrust vectoring and balance over stealth or speed to stay alive.
In announcing the new aircraft General Simplemike described the F-19 as, "not terrible. It should fly alright.''
