The B-7 Ghost is a fictional bomber made to bomb at slow speed for the best accuracy, from my tests the flaps are near perfect for speeds 150-165 MPH (with full flaps of course) (IMPORTANT:stall speed around 140MPH top speed at 5000 feet above 500+Mph possibly 600) Enjoy!
