These are to be dragged to save as a subassembly in your subassembly library, so that, later, you can use this to design a game for your vehicle, I'm going to do one demo for this, the red is very light and the black is very heavy, so, you can have collision with the red ones they will be knocked away, but you cannot collision with the black ones you will explode as you touch the black ones!
