Ahh ok! I’m changing my mind. It going to be a Ye-152-1 @Mustang51
That’s a pretty cool one to build. Might try to make some of similar(ish) design but more common like the MiG-15 and 17. Tag me in yours when you’re finished @AircraftoftheRedStar
I’m actually getting into it again. Next one is probably a Lavochkin La-168. @Mustang51
You should start making some of these early cold war jets again! I made an SU-11 a little while back too. Check it out, I feel like its your kind of thing (There is also a MiG-21PF).
@OldBossy2 I will try. Long landing gear is a challenge though.
@AircraftoftheRedStar not sure which one. It probably was the il 2 that I was thinking of. Also did the Russians have any designated heavy bomber during ww2? if they did can you make one?
@OldBossy2 Which one? There were numerous “flying bathtubs” including but not limited to: Ilyushin Il-8, Ilyushin Il-10, Ilyushin Il-16, Ilyushin Il-20, Alekseyev I-218; but the most famous one was the Ilyushin Il-2 nicknamed “The Black Death” by German troops.
Which Russian plane was it that was nicknamed the flying bathtub or armoured bathtub because the cockpit was really small for 2 men bat really strong?
