So, you need to build a 70xx-style vehicle, equipped with some guns (it can be turrets or be hiden in your car's body). You can build your vehicle on this platform, or create your own machine in same scale. Xml modded engines, fuel tanks and weapons are disallowed. Using of jet or prop engines is disallowed.
