Intro

The T-8D 'Raven' is a twin engine, coaxial rotor multirole helicopter. It's capable of long range troop transport (with seating for up to 14), providing CAS, and deploying/extracting troops in hostile environments.

  • AG1: Start engines
  • AG2: Open right door
  • AG3: Open left door

  • AG6: Deactivate rotor stabilization

In-cockpit controls

  • 1: Rotor startup (AG1)

  • 7: Disable rotor stabilization (AG6)

Collective is to the left of the stick, rotor trim (Pitch axis) to the right.

Notes

  • This thing looks and performs well, which I'm very happy about.

  • I don't think I got the targeting pod hooked up properly (messed up the connections, possibly), but it works (all credit for the FT code on the pod goes to ReinMcDeer).


I definitely didn't get this out as fast as I had hoped, mostly because of school and life getting busier (lol). With school almost over, I'll probably have more time to release some other aircraft I've been working on.
