The Bell V-280 is a tilt rotor concept meant to replace the aging Osprey.

Group 1=engine rotation
Group 2=prop feather
Group 3=rear facing engines
Group 4=VTOL jets

Takeoff: Feather props full, rotors 45deg down, group 3 on, throttle up, once in air and stable, rotors full down.
