JA801X is the first of 14 Boeing 737-800’s to be delivered to the Japanese regional airline Solaseed Air. The 737 itself is the backbone to all of Solaseed’s flights. It used to operate 10 737-400’s, but they were largely replaced with the -800’s, because the aircraft’s fuel efficiency.

JA801X had its first flight on 6/6/2011, is 13.6 years old, and was tested at Renton Municipal Airport (RNT/KRNT) with an unknown test registration. The MSN of this aircraft is 39415, and the Line Number is 3666.

This specific aircraft has currently been in service with the following airlines:

• Solaseed Air, since 21/6/2011, with the registration JA801X.
