This is a USSV Hellcat Rhino XT converted into an armoured SWAT vehicle for the Simple Planes Police Department. It features a matte black paint job, bull bars, step bars, climbing bars, a fully rotational turret with a machine gun, a visor, take down lights, flashers, a spare tire, and functioning doors and trunk. This vehicle has over 700 horsepower from its 6.2L Supercharged Hemi V8 engine and has lots of suspension travel in order to make it superior on and off road. It is a small light utility SWAT vehicle that is inexpensive and durable to get the job done.
