Super Yeet Detector V 4.Z Fixed HUD / Rudders

191k Zaineman  2.7 years ago
Auto Credit Based on Zaineman's Super Yeet Detector V 3.Z

Oops, please change base thickness of left wing to 160% . I must have bumped it. :( With the help of guyfolk, HUD & ruddsrs have been fixed. Best HUD in the game w diamond lock over target, Anticipation aiming reticle. Yeet Cannon w rangefinding exploding rounds (Don't fire point blank ! ). Flight time remaining based on fuel burn rate. Variable geometry wings. Too much to list. Everything will be in my first comment especially the credit for all of the components of this aircraft and who created them. Please download, have fun ! & comment.

    @Zaineman
    np!
    Muzzle velocity is key difference for this stuff since SP bullet (from gun parts but not cannon) ignore drag and gravity so what is left in physic equation is muzzle velocity.

    @GuyFolk 1200 good deal and yes I definitely want to know this stuff ! I had a self aiming Cannon (little different) and unless the rounds were going 1000 it wouldn't automatically hit anything. So yes little things like this do matter to me. Thanks !

    Now the HUD work fine lol.
    My HUD was calibrated to muzzle velocity of 1200 m/s so if you want to really aim the gun, I suggest you to adjust the gun accordingly.
    But yet again, I don't mind it being just eye candy but if you want functionality, it's there for you.
    Another thing I've noticed is yaw input is inverted, minor issue really but it goes a long way.

    @SkyJayTheFirst I added instructions regarding the left wing to the title / description. I fixed the fact that you can see the rotators on my own Yeet Detector, I disabled aircraft collision on those two parts to hide the rotators and it works perfect. Thank you I can keep that in mind for future builds. But, I don't want to post another plane because I think people are going to get annoyed..... But I appreciate the input! :)

    @Zaineman no worries. In order to stop that, highlight the part, and use overload to go down the list of part properties. Go to disableAircraftCollisions and set that to true.

    @SkyJayTheFirst I know about the rotators, I was having problems with the parts being damaged while turning, after this plane was built I started learning about how to stop damage from parts interacting with each other. (By no means is it perfect)

    @Zaineman also, you shouldn't be able to see the rotators connecting the engines.

    @CarrotSlicingCompanyCat what I mean is go to @guyfolk and check out his planes. In particular, X-02S Strike Wyvern ''Archange'' . This is where my HUD came from, his is better. Before you fly put the plane on a runway, use orbit view to go underneath the plane then press activate 5. This will bring out his rail gun, it's a sight to see. ;). Z

    @Zaineman wow! This is like Spitfire production in WW2, Which end up with Mark 9 or more. Again. in the Japanese "Kaizen" (https://www.whatdadcooked.com/article/the-art-of-perfection-kaizen/) or "Art of perfection" - Zaine you don't sound Japanese to me though. Lol.

    @BeastHunter @Rjenteissussy Version 4 with fixed HUD and rudders are fixed so aircraft doesn't slide from side to side while flying. My bad on that, rookie mistake. Z

I can post the same plane w less parts by removing ALL the lights (200) from the engines if this plane is unflyable for you. Just let me know !
