Thats a good idea. You should do it and i will help get the word around. Things you should put in the challenge description are a deadline and some kind of reward. Also a briefing on what is expected. Seeing as you are new the points would benefit you more than me. Plus i already have a challenge im starting to judge so it would be hard for me too.
