Nu100 N is Nu100 B jet fighter modified for seaplane operations for the Navy. In order to convert it into a seaplane, the engine mounting position was changed.
This fighter is armed with an 85mm machine gun with a proximity fuse and five 12.7mm machine guns to perform air defense missions for the fleet.
It is also equipped with a radar for searching and tracking, and the rear-seat crew operates the radar.
It has good maneuverability, but the weight of the floats made it less stable. Be especially careful with nose down maneuvers, as they can cause fatal spins.
