An experimental bomber. Using some previously known physics with the addition of extreme stress.
The plane is capable of take off and landing with wheels, no need to start in air. Flies as 950+mph in low altitude, 1200-1550mph in higher altitude.
Group 2: Deploys battle parachute, reducing speed for more accurate shots while engines are still at 100%.
Group 3: For emergency situations, deploys 12 chutes at once causing the plane to slow down from high speeds.
Note: Can be outfitted with any sort of weapons for other roles of fighting.
