After a long time of tweaking, i finally have it! The Red Devil (Mk. 1) is able to get up to 2300 MPH without any XML modding. AG. 1 for detach rocket pods after use, AG. 2 for parachute, and VTOL for air brake. Hope you enjoy this masterpiece!
