This is an custom made arrow board with a relistic flash pattern that can be found at some constrouction sites, many people belive that arrow boards are just a way to get traffic to merge, they may be right, but sometimes arrow boards are used to catch the eye of the comutter, providing a general warning of construction crew. This truck has the "dimond" warning pattern, which can nearly be found in some very temparary shoulder work on major streets or road ways as a way to bring atention to the driver. controles, one-headlights four-flashing warning lights five and VTOL up--- flip the baord six, turn on "Dimond Wig-Wag" lights on the board.
