Disclaimer: The suspension was made using a slightly modified verison of one by emptybox, so if you need suspension make sure to check out his stuff, and the steering wheel was in my subassemblies, so credit goes to the creator. This was designed to be able to handle pretty much any obstacle; I spent a bit of time at the proving grounds testing the suspension, climbing ability, etc. I also tested it a bit on the road, primarily at the gold prix raceway, and a little bit on mirage raceway, and it handled surprisingly well. AG 2 for lights, thats pretty much the only thing that needs explaining. Fenders, lights, and floor panels can be removed if you want.
