1950's Strategic-Bomber Flying Boat. Built roughly to scale. Use 50% power for takeoff, and once airborne increase throttle to 100%. For landings be sure to keep speed above about 120 mph until touchdown. I'm having a little trouble with the wings clipping. Not sure how to resolve it, so if you have any suggestions I'd greatly appreciate it. I have a few details I'd like to come back and add into it, but this is a flyable model. Thank you for stopping by to look, and enjoy your flight!

Make Structural wings ..go to XML and change their "control surfaces" line for "false" to "true" this way you get metal strong wings with control surfaces
@BogdanX if you want wings that do not bend, change their type in xml to wing-2. But i like bending wings. Thats realistic. Just make 3 segments so they bend more realistic
Proportions are WAY OFF... fuselage is a lot wider, tail is a lot bigger
@melojam I am aware that they clip through the exterior. I have not been able to sort out why they are clipping, or how to stop them from doing so, but thank you for bringing it to my attention.
@Sgtk the wings are loose
@SimpleFlow works
