Lokomotif CC203 adalah lokomotif diesel elektrik yang diproduksi oleh General Electric Transportation dengan model U20C. Lokomotif CC203 merupakan hasil pengembangan dari Lokomotif CC201 yakni pada kabin masinis ujung pendek yang aerodinamis dan diperlebar. Terdapat dua operator sekaligus pemilik dari lokomotif ini, yaitu PT Kereta Api Indonesia dan PT Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper (TEL). Satu unit versi ekspor dari lokomotif ini dahulu dioperasikan oleh ICTSI di Filipina dan kemudian dijual ke Australia.
