Introduction

XR-1001 "Aegirocassis" was developed in process of a joint project by NEUCOM and Gründer IG.
Engineers of the project combined the traditional layout of the Gründer IG with the advanced aerodynamic technology of NEUCOM.
The aircraft concept is fuel-efficient and heavily armed, so it has large wings, but instead its speed performance was reduced.
A spread laser mounted on the lower fuselage instantly destroys any target.

The head canon above is borrowed from the Ace Combat series released by BANDAI NAMCO.
