you should start mid air or the takeoff will be very awkward
if you placed it on something and it blows up when you fire, you should:
- check for weak parts (shocks, pistons, small/hinge rotators etc) and set their disableAircraftCollisions to true
- try to do something with recoil
also, depending on how its mounted, the bullet shoots ~30 degrees upward
