Several changes have been made fron the last one, most notably, the Entire weapons system.
But other changes include:
-Molecular Manipulation on a Subatomic level
-Incredibly complex Afterburner system
-Longer and wider
-Wings (particularly the Vertical Tails) made larger

Weapons:
-300mm Cannon (almost as long as the plane itself)
-Micro Bomblet Dispenser (M.S.D)
-Nuclear bomb dispenser (NR.S.D)
-4 Anti ship Missiles
-40 Air to Air Missiles
-30 Bombs

-use of the NR.S.D on low end devices is not Advised
