The PB1Y is a patrol boat concept designed by consolidated aircraft. Though it was never put into operational service, it's design program paved the way to the largely successful PBY Catalina, one of the most iconic flying boats of WWII.
This is a straight forward plane. Just remember to raise your landing gear before take-off when starting on the water. Stall speed is around 90-100mph.
