For the latter, shells with a higher muzzle velocity were just developed, and the guns themselves exceeded the MK.108 in barrel length, and also had an effective muzzle brake - everything to improve the ballistics of a heavy projectile. However, after the construction of a prototype (according to other sources, three samples), this project did not go into mass production.
