Description
The F2H-1 Banshee was a naval carrierborne fighter developed shortly after the Second World War. With the advent of jet propulsion it was of the essence to out perform any enemy aircraft in both speed in handling. The Banshee however, like its predecessor (the F1H Phantom) was severely underpowered, and while it had good armament and maneuverability, wasn't much competition to the Soviet MiG-15s.
