The P- 224 Claymore is an intruder aircraft designed to attack light ground targets and attack patrolling aircraft. Tuned to function best at below 12000ft, the 1500HP twin row radial engine provides an excellent horsepower to weight ratio, letting the claymore excell in low speed turns and climb performance. The Claymore is armed with a pair of .30 caliber machine guns and a pair of 20mm high velocity cannons, both pairs of which are located in the wings. The Claymore is also equiped with a air to ground two way radio, expanding its role from just an intruder aircraft to an artillery and battlefield spotter.
