The F4U Corsair was a US naval fighter used during world war 2. It is considered the most important fighter of the pacific theatre due to its versatility in combat. It saw service well into the 1950s as an attack plane and fought in the Korean War. It is armed with 6 wing guns. (Also, aft folding landing gear that I made is pretty neat)
Forgot to add a HECKING tail hook, oh well

@TurtlesThatFly Cool, thanks for the input! I also realized that smoothing makes them look so much nicer. I'm glad you enjoy them, I'm just having a good time making these :)
When I first saw this Corsair, I was a little worried about the flying characteristics, but holy crap it's good. The plane is decently maneuverable, and I believe some of my planes would have a hard time dealing with it given it's high speed. I'd saw a downside would be the cockpit, if it was XML'ed to look more blunt, it would look more Corsair-like, and it's missing decals (I am totally fine with that, heck I don't decal my planes, I just was a little surprised since your last two had some). Another one could be the gear's position. I agree with that retraction system being cool, but if the gear was angled more to the wing's dihedral it would have looked more smooth with the plane. Keep up the good work ValtTeck, your planes are a great combination of simple and charm. :)
