B-50 Rapture
This aircraft, the B-50 Rapture type, entered service with the USAAF on October 1st, 1946. Being the definitive version of Jack Northrop’s YB-35 and YB-49 flying wings, it was a more capable bomber than any in the world. A slim profile and six powerful turbo prop engines allowed this aircraft to achieve speeds similar to some fighter aircraft, and it’s shape allowed a aerodynamic profile unseen in the world of aviation. Two large vertical stabilizers ensured that it would fly straight. In the department of armament, it was lightly armoured, but 30 250 lb bombs and 4 50 caliber machine guns kept the enemy’s defenses at bay. Without the story now, and onward to the controls! You know how to fly a plane, (hopefully) so use those skills as the controls are normal. AG.1 and VTOL up to fold the wings. AG.2 and VTOL down to open bomb bay doors and activate bombs.
