Auto Credit Based on MrGreen's CLOSED Tank Challenge

It took me a little time to post because I've been doing more important things. but there it is.
So this is the ATL 33-70, it uses the M-33 chassis but it has a 150mm howitzer model FBz-70S, it has the same agility as the M-33 and its chassis rotates a little faster, it has a good range and average projectile speed.
