Cessna 172G, painted as an air ambulance (or as Switzerland, depending on one's point of view). This is a different take on making a prop engined plane - there are purposefully not enough air intakes to better approximate the performance of the real plane, though it is still overpowered so it is recommended to keep throttle < 70-80% (65% is more than enough to take off). Also, due to the use of the VTOL nozzles, the plane will behave strangely (like an out of control helicopter) in a spin or a stall - the best way to recover is to shut off the engine, recover while gliding, then restart the engine.
