Ok, truth be told this is more of an aircraft launcher than it is a carrier persay, because I don't think the person who can land on this thing exists. Anyways, the plane is controlled with the standard aircraft controls, throttle, roll, pitch, and yaw. The boat throttle is controlled with trim and the steering is controlled with VTOL. To launch, first make sure the boat is either stopped or going under 10 mph. Throttle up for about 5 seconds, Then release the plane with activation group 1 and pull down alot to get on course.
