50.4k Stingray@FluffyTheDestroyer Per you query, I've used a counter-prop system of my own that is fairly close to your model. My 430 MPH White Ghost Helo is much heavier than this design, it's stable when the required rolling start is used, check it out. May give you some new ideas.9.7 years ago

50.4k Stingray@FluffyTheDestroyer Check out the special rotor limit/speed limits I placed on my counter-stacked rotors. There seems to a magic set that keeps rotors from destroying each other. I vary the VTOL once in flight, got to lower the blade angles for hi-speed level flight. Good luck, feel free to copy and improve my rotors.9.7 years ago

112 FluffyTheDestroyer@Stingray Got any ideas for a realistic cyclic control? Or gearing rotors so they can't destroy each other?9.7 years ago

112 FluffyTheDestroyerThanks Stingray. I'm trying to figure out how to gear a set of rotors together so a dual-rotor won't destroy itself. Also looking at how to implement a cyclic instead of tilting the whole assembly.9.7 years ago

50.4k StingrayKeep it up @FluffyTheDestroyer. You are already using some of the tweak techniques that I use in stabilizing my helo designs. Good luck!9.7 years ago

50.4k StingrayAfter some trial and error, got this model airborne and could explore level territory at 32-100 mph via pitch control. Congratulaions on getting such a functional lift system to work!9.7 years ago
