!!!!!ABSOLUTELY REQUIRES GYROSCOPIC COCKPITS MOD!!!!!

Activators 7 (MUST be active For gyroscope effect)
Activator 8: RCS (used for Yaw, and some roll correction, See bellow)
Hover/Takeoff at %75

Activator 1: Thruster Pitch (VTOL)
Activator 2: Thruster Pitch (Dynamic)
Activator 3: Thruster Roll

Testing notes:
RCS (activator 8) has different Effects when in Hover or Flight mode, I have found that disabling this and using the Thruster Roll (Activator 3) works best in hover mode (this will effect Yaw slightly). While in Flight mode, when the engines are providing Foreword thrust, disable Activator 3, and enable RCS to roll better.
It is SUPPOSED to fly more like a helicopter then a jet!!
