The Phoenix is a super-heavy class ship, and can transport over 8,000lbs of supplies. This version, 21, is a missile boat. It has a cleaver class cruise missile on top, and two inferno ship-to-ship missiles. It also has a 30.1mm CIWS located on the back which replaces the helipad on other models of the Phoenix. It can store 850lbs of ammuntion in the hull, because part of it is hollow. It is used for beach landings, assaults, and patrol. Controls: AG 1: Fire inferno missiles, AG 2: Fire cleaver.
