The M9 Stingray is a Paternian light tank designed by KRIEG to supplant the M5 Victoria in low-intensity operations. A fast, maneuverable, and economical machine, it is a potent addition to any arsenal.

Due to the Paternian Army doctrine which has no provisions for light tanks, it is formally designated 105mm Self-Propelled Gun M9 Stingray. It's base armor is capable of resisting 30mm APDS shot from the front and sides. Armed with an automatically-loaded 105mm M7 anti-tank gun, it is capable of delivering HE, HEAT, HEP, and APFSDS rounds in short order. It can also employ the LAHAT missile from its gun.

The M9 Stingray would remain in service for over a century, eventually replacing the M5 Victoria in most roles. This particular example is fitted with Curtain and Hunter hard-kills APS systems, AN/VLQ-8 IR jamming soft-kill APS system in addition to smoke dispensers with multi-spectrum capable screens.
