PZL-230D WarSkorpion.
From Wikipedia. the PZL-230 Skorpion was a proposed Low-Cost Attack Aircraft, conceptualized by PZL Warszawa-Okecie, a Polish Manufacturer, during the late 1980s and early 1990s for the Polish Air Force, it didn't go further than a single physical Mock-up, due to politicking from both the company (an example, development cost pf 65 Million dollars produced with political interests) and Polish Government (apparently, the cancellation was due to a new left-wing party being formed).

The Wikipage included 3 concept arts for it, the original Skorpion, a Compound Delta tailess aircraft with forward canards, the Model F, that is best described as a less radical ADF-01 Falken, and the Model D, presented here to the best of my skill, it slightly reminds me of a XFA-33 Fenrir with A-10 Engine positioning.
