Grob G 120TP
Straight from Wiki:
The Grob G 120TP is a two-seat turboprop training and aerobatic low-wing aircraft with a composite airframe, built by Grob Aircraft. It is based on the Grob G 120A training aircraft and has been developed for military and civil pilots training. It has a retractable tricycle landing gear and a low tailplane.
Additional information:
This particular model is based closely off the D-ETPG which is a privately owned trainer aircraft including wing and fuselage markings and cockpit layout. To keep part count down I’ve avoided adding excess amounts of detail. In the usual style of my building, this has been built by eye without schematics. The size and position of parts are approximate.
Instructions:
Enter the plane by opening the canopy with Activator 2
. When you’re strapped up with the 3 point harness close that canopy and start your flight checks. To start the engine use Activator 6
. This unlocks all other controls and the prop.
The plane will begin to move forward once the engine starts. To become stationary, use the parking brake with Activator 8
. Initially, use the conventional Brake
too. Without the parking brake on, use Activator 7
to reverse the prop effect. These controls will allow for taxiing the plane to and around the runway.
Once flight checks are complete, prepare to takeoff by setting flaps down with Activator 1
. Pull up when over 140 mph and gently start to climb. The plane will fly straight with the gears down as long as the flaps are down too. Retract gears with the standard controls and reset flap position consecutively, there will be a slight wobble but the plane will settle. Use the control wheel between the seats to set elevator Trim
if required.
For flight stabilisation/auto pilot use Activator 3
.
When landing set flaps down and extend landing gears, approach the runway at about 15% power and touch down like a pro.

Fix the pic?
Very great plane . Good job .
Good job!
Well done man, very well done. Glad to see an upload from you. I hope all is well with you and yours.
I thought platinums didn’t get featured...
Love it! Nice work
Thanks @A3 must be very cool to see these IRL
BTW I love the details on the cowling as-well as the preview image collage
See these all the time at my local secondary airfield (YPJT)
China Southern Airlines College uses them along with their two Phenom 100's
amazing. could u build a Grob 109B maybe?
Wow! Great work
Whoops. I missed the upload...
Thanks for the info. A shame I hadn’t figured that out before releasing it. Never mind, i’ll remember for next time. @Benkelmans
Oh ok @Benkelmans
Awesome!
Well done. The RAF are drafting these things in to replace the G115e which I have flown in person. Would it be ok if you could make one as I think it would be popular with us cadets
:) @Authros
Dang, this thing was worth waiting for. Nice work!
It's beautiful
I hope you win
Thank you @TTHHSSSS
The entire system is so accurate. Especially the startup procedure. Love it! Never Seen something like this where the flight experience is so realistic
Incredible! Why only 30 upvotes?!
