KM Class Ekranoplan
During the Soviet era the russians started experimenting with the ground effect. The ground effect provided a cussion of air trapped under the wings essentially giving planes extra life. Huge and heavy planes were designed to take advantage of this discovery. These planes could carry more weight, fly faster and more efficiently at the cost of always flying low, beats ships no doubt. These vehicles were called Ekranoplans. This is the KM class ekranoplan dubbed the "Caspian Sea Monster" by Americans after spotting it from sattelites the only one made was destroyed in crash during a test flight. It has short stuby wings so dont fly too high. Always take off from the water, dont exceed 560mph and try not to roll while still in water. It can fly pretty high for something that was supposed to sly about 100ft above the surface. I tried making it as accurate as possible HAVE FUN!!
