Skii is a Prototype Torpedo Boat built by the Shaterlot Navy in 1782. This ship became the main basis for the other Torpedo Boats that will be built by the Shaterlot Navy in the future.

History

Armored Ships have shaped the Naval Battles of Great Country in almost every doctrine. These highly effective doctrine was a tough formidable opponent to those Navies who had relatively small navies such as the Sanistan Navy, the Shaterlot Navy, the Order Navy and the Elementia Navy. This is why in 1775, The Voyenno-morskaya razvedka (Naval Intelligence) think of another way to fight such navies without leveling the amount of Armoured Ships the current Navies possessed. At that time, Shaterlot was not interested in investing their money towards building a huge force for their trading ships, but the increasing power of Raiding meant that the Shaterlot Government is needed to recalibrate it's Navy. The Naval tactician looked for a concept of "Khit i begi" which means Hit and Run. They propose ships that are relatively small sized but can carry enough firepower to deal maximum amount of damage to its enemies. This ultimately led to Skii, the first ever Torpedo Boat in Great Country.

Service History

Being the first Torpedo Boat of the Shaterlot Navy, they mostly evaluated her with how she can handle the seas of Great Country. She was assigned in the Fast Expedition Fleet with the intention to became screening ships while carrying heavy armament. Her only known action was in the Battle of Shaterlot Strait against Pirates who were trying to re enter Great Country. She sunk 5 ships with her Torpedoes and was considered as a success for the prototype. She served for 10 years in the same fleet and was scrapped afterwards.
