Although seemingly totaly different than the AT-13, it does share the same wings and tail, as well as a similar armorment. This was because it was origionally intended to become the AT-13D, a concept jet variant of the AT-13B. I figure this would be good at dive bombing because the AT-13 is good at dive bombing, but it is hard to get out of the way of the blast. This is much faster, making it easier to get out of reach of the bomb blast.
