so what i like is swept back horizantal satbilizers. what the goal of this is to get more leverage. ill put it simply: when you increase the amount your horizantal stabilizers pull up it can get wobbly without the right design. so keeping it small increases stability but you cant pitch as much, but when you bring it back the pitch has more distance between the com and itself making it more powerful. hope that helped.
