The Northrop F-5 is a nimble, low-cost fighter and close air support aircraft that has been exported to many nations. Apart from its limited use in Vietnam, the F-5 has mainly been used by U.S. forces to simulate MiGs for air-combat training purposes. Ladies and gentlemen, I did my best with this one, but as you can see, its not like the recent others with tricycle landing gear and weapons. That's because I was too focussed on the asthetics than the actual jet actually having stuff like the real deal. So I'm probably going to upgrade this in the future but this is it for now.

17.4k karlosdarkness@Spikerya sorry I've been at work for the past 10 hours or so as you are looking at a folding wheel type aircraft I would suggest you keep it in mind for your upgrade. Proportions need to be roughly 2:1, with length being almost twice that of the wingspan.9.5 years ago

31.1k Spikerya@karlosdarkness Do you want to do the upgrades for it? If you won't I will9.5 years ago

17.4k karlosdarknessWings and tail need reducing in length by about a third each to bring it to the right proportions but otherwise jolly nice effort, like the structured rear fuselage a lot, with the clipped wings mobility improves noticeably.9.5 years ago
