Challenger III
Electric prop plane(no fuel) capable of 399 mph in level flight 0-500 ft. features a counter rotating prop. I built this thing mainly to set a speed record for takeoff and landing capable electric aircraft. I dont know of any faster designs currently so I'll just assume I broke the record ecksdee.. Enjoy flying
##FLIGHT PROCEDURE##
(start on the ground
1. Throttle up
2. VTOL all the way up
3. Keep the plane steady
4. let it get off the runway and gear up(It will have a quick stall on takeoff, to recover just keep pitching down until you gain control.
5. Level with the horizon and watch it accelerate
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To maintain a 400 mph flight make sure your speed doesnt drop below 330mph, if it somehow does the prop will slow down to a cruise speed of 250 mph. It becomes very easy to control if you get the hang of it.
Service ceiling: 45000 ft

@CortwadeAirlines Ty
Got it up to 433 MPH. Good plane! Leans slightly to the left though.
