Nobunaga VTOL

Auto Credit Based on Gx's «OPERATION:OVERTIME»Vtol challenge

No, its not just another "that plane", as ive reworked a lot of things under the hood in order to make sure it can hover, as well as meet the requirements for a challenge. ive packed a lot of stuff under the hood, and while it could still use some improvements it also packs a lot of features. speaking of which:

Features:
- It has VTOL/CTOL capabilities. yes, it'll hover, and even has hidden slots that open up while in VTOL mode. cameras can also be used to assist you in precise landings.
- Fly-By-Funk assists in keeping the plane stable in conventional flight modes and upright in VTOL mode, without gyros and without compromising too much control. while not foolproof its a big aid in keeping the plane pointed where you want it.
- Auto adjusting gun pods that can automatically lead your target by up to 10 degrees. you can also go in manual if you choose. cameras can also be used to track targets ahead of you.
- missile racks allow a lot of missiles to be used, but you can easily equip bombs or switch to a lighter, more agile loadout.
- Its named after a japanese guy.

Controls:
Activate7: VTOL Mode (on), Forward Flight Mode (off)
Activate8: Aimbot Pods (off for manual aim)
Activate1: Arrest hook, just in case.

Notes and Warnings:
-This does use some XML, mainly for the funky tree stuff but also four of the engines are scaled in order to fit them in a compact form. i think this complies with the challenge but if not i have an alternate, albeit less fancy entry.
-The part count is kinda inflated because of the sheer amount of weapons, weapon mounting parts, and counter measures.
-due to issues with rotated engines and air intakes, not all the engines will receive the same amount of air. there is no easy fix and my weak coding skills wont be enough to compensate so beware of applying too much throttle when not at full load, lest the plane nose up and flip.
-The fly-by-funk cant be turned off, though i predict few would care to disable it.
- when using vertical take off i recommend keeping the nose pointed up slightly and applying full throttle right before and during the transition of vertical to forward flight.
- the Center-of-Thrust will appear off center due to extra engines being used in forward flight. The actual CoT should hopefully be much closer to the CoM.

Challenge details:
Category: Fighter/ Interceptor, Attacker
Backstory: Originally Conceptualized in the year 2018 and achieving its first test flight in 2034, Project Nobunaga was initialized with the aim of creating a lightweight, modular multirole fighter boasting advanced technological capabilities at a reduced cost compared to similar sixth generation aircraft. unfortunately the aircraft didnt receive much attention beyond its initial flight due to its short range and lack of stealth capabilities and was ultimately cancelled before 2037. Fortunately for the IAF, several caches were discovered containing mostly intact and near operational Nobunagas along with blueprints and manufacturing specifications, which turned out to be relatively cheap as well as compatible with current rotating fighter engines, auto aiming cannons, and other avionics; to match the need of the IAF's small resources. while still lacking in capability and range, its far better than nothing and can prove capable in intercepts.

@Grroro that does seem kinda strange. Normally ft codes transfer onto mobile just fine. Ill do some testing tho. In the meantime maybe try redownloading the plane.

Also the two larger engines dont rotate, in case you were wondering.

Btw could you tell me what your mobile platform is?

@Pajamas720 nvm, just tested it on pc, seems like it the problem persists on mobile-only... maybe its because certain ft codes don't properly go on mobile

@Pajamas720 I've tested it a lot since that day and I don't want to make you feel bad but is the VTOL actually working? activating ag 7 just put the VTOL flaps up but it doesn't actually do it, 'm I missing something?

@Grroro Thanks! Was hoping it would turn out good, as the engines was the main culprit for the delays tbh.
